This is a super simple veggie masala that's a real cinch to make. Serve it as a side dish to a bigger curry dish with some rice, or just have it as a quick snack with some naan bread.
Ingredients:
- 275g frozen garden peas
- 200g cauliflower florets
- Oil
- Pinch salt
- 4 tsp. cumin seed
- 1 tsp. mustard seed
Method of Preparation:
-
Heat some oil in a large frying pan. Once hot, add the mustard seed and cumin seed. When the seeds start to pop, add the peas and cauliflower.
