Coriander Chutney recipe
A fantastic chutney recipe, this can easily be made into a sauce and stirred into pasta or you could serve it whole and chunky on the side of a curry or rice. Jar it and keep it to one side in the fridge to use whenever you fancy!
Ingredients:
- Two handfuls fresh coriander
- 2 tbsp. minced ginger
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 tbsp. passata
- 2 small green chillies
- 1 tsp. cumin seeds
- Dash of water as needed
Method of Preparation:
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until coarsely chopped. Add water as needed depending on if you use this as a sauce or chutney.
